Business consultant Titta di Girolamo once invested quite a large amount of money in some business in exchange for a good deal. The deal failed, the money was lost. The thing is that this money belonged to the mafia, who pardoned Titta, did not kill him, but gave him another job. An imaginary calm rhythm, a slightly nervous atmosphere and an amazing sense of inevitability accompany Paolo Sorrentino’s first full-length masterpiece throughout the film. And the finale (if you love movies at all) will never be forgotten.
