Martin Vinge is a headhunter who selects highly qualified specialists and managers for corporations. Once he was a well-known journalist, he even contributed to the revelation of the minister and he also has good connections with various necessary people. He takes a large order to find a successor to a large corporation whose owner is about to retire. Mr. Sieger has a son, Daniel, but he wants Martin to find an alternative. Martin agrees to the offer (his son needs urgent treatment at an expensive clinic) and finds himself embroiled in a dangerous game of influential people where mercy is not accepted.

An interesting and tense film, about the rules of the game of big corporations and their influential rulers and the ways of gaining power, the morality of which is not at all understandable or acceptable to the ordinary mortal.
