The car hits a person on the road who was running away from something or someone in a panic. Police arrive at the scene and find out that he was a night watchman at the nearest morgue.
What was he running away from in a panic and where did the recently brought corpse from №3 department in the morgue disappear? These questions will have to be answered by the police in order to solve this mysteriously tangled case.
The night, the continuous rain, and the gloomy morgue create a surprisingly tense atmosphere in the film and will not disappoint the lovers of Spanish thrillers.
