Beginner thief Adge is caught by the owner of the apartment during a robbery. An old woman who has reached the age of almost a century under the threat of a gun forces a young man to listen to a story in which fabrication and truth are intertwined. The story is about two brothers in the Wild West in the early 20th century who fell in love with a woman.

An invaluable masterpiece by Milcho Manchevski, a film about death and life, a film about love and dignity, the difficulties of life and difficult choices. The film is so distinctive, loaded with philosophical symbols and at the same time spectacular, genre-wise we can not attribute any of them.
